Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the "Mail Merge for Outlook" add-in and this website. Last updated: 3 July 2026.

1. The service

Mail Merge for Outlook is an Office Add-in that sends personalized emails through your own Microsoft 365 mailbox using Microsoft Graph. The add-in is free to install; some features ("Pro") require a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Pro subscriptions are sold through our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes, and refunds. You can cancel anytime; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. License keys are personal: each key binds to one Microsoft account and may not be shared or resold.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that emails will be delivered; delivery depends on Microsoft 365, recipient mail servers, and your account's standing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including misuse for spam. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the add-in.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on this site.
