Mail Merge for Outlook
Personalized bulk email, sent from your own Outlook mailbox.
Like GMass, but for Outlook. Import your contacts from CSV or Excel, write one message with
{{Name}}-style merge fields, preview every email, and send — each recipient gets an
individual, personalized email from you. No BCC walls, no third-party sending servers.
How it works
| 1. | Open the add-in in Outlook (web, Windows, or Mac) and connect your Microsoft account. |
| 2. | Import recipients — upload a CSV/Excel file or paste rows straight in. |
| 3. | Write your subject and body using {{fields}} from your data, with live preview per recipient. |
| 4. | Send. Emails go out one by one through your mailbox at a safe pace that respects Microsoft's limits, with progress, pause/resume, and a results report. |
Why it's safer
- Your mailbox, your sending reputation — mail is sent via Microsoft Graph from your own account, so replies land in your inbox and messages appear in Sent Items.
- Built-in pacing — sends are automatically throttled to stay within Exchange Online limits.
